1 cup shredded cucumber
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup full-fat yogurt
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh dill chopped (optional)
Mix cucumber and salt. Let stand 10 minutes. Squeeze moisture out of cucumber.
Mix with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and dill (if using).
